Senior QA & Food Safety Leader

D R Newitt Recruitment seeks a Senior Quality Manager for a Midlands-based food production site. You will lead the site’s Technical function, ensuring legal compliance, food safety and adherence to customer specifications on the shop floor.

You will recruit and develop Quality Managers, drive external audits (BRCGS, Red Tractor, retailer) and maintain audit schedules with corrective actions. Strong leadership, communication and retailer know-how are essential for success.
