Student Attendance & Support Officer

Eastern High School in Wales is seeking a dedicated Attendance Officer to improve pupil attendance and reduce persistent absence. You will monitor daily patterns, identify concerns early, and lead timely interventions, working with students, families, staff, and external agencies as needed.

This role operates 37 hours per week, term-time (39 weeks per year) with a typical salary range £28,142–£32,061 (pro rata for the remaining weeks).
