Founding US AI Deployment Lead (Hands-On)

Vocca is hiring a founding operator to deploy and scale our US client deployments. You will start hands-on, configure and go-live with first centers, then build and lead a deployment team to support rapid growth.

Based in New York with ~3 days/week in the office, you will own end-to-end deployment, post-sale success, and a tight feedback loop to product, enabling $6M ARR and a scalable ops function as the business expands.
