Hands-On Assistant Plant Manager — Lead Production

E3recruitment is seeking an experienced Assistant Plant Manager in Beaconsfield to oversee daily production operations, lead teams, coordinate schedules and drive efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This hands-on leadership role offers a Monday to Friday pattern with rotating shifts (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm), overtime at rates, enhanced holiday entitlement, pension, life assurance and a KPI bonus scheme for strong performers.
