Operations Lead – Transport Safety Officers

WMCA is seeking an proactive Operations Manager to lead the Transport Safety Officers service across the West Midlands. You will deploy, monitor and optimise patrols using intelligence and data, coordinating with police forces and transport partners to ensure safety objectives are met.

The role requires managing training, performance reviews and a strong partnership approach, with duties including deployment planning, budget oversight and emergency/traffic management support.
