We’re Hiring: Cyber Security Manager – Resources Industry

We’re looking for an experienced Cyber Security Manager to lead cybersecurity consulting engagements across the Energy, Utilities, Chemicals and Resources sectors.
You’ll work with senior client stakeholders and technical specialists to strengthen security posture, manage cyber risk and deliver security transformation programmes.
- Lead cybersecurity projects and programmes from initiation through to delivery.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Conduct security assessments, workshops and risk reviews.
- Provide strategic and practical cybersecurity advice.
- Support security transformation and implementation initiatives.
- Advise across areas including Cyber Strategy, GRC, OT Security, Security Operations, IAM and AI Security.
- Develop security frameworks, policies and governance approaches.
- Identify new opportunities and support proposals, bids and sales activities.
- Lead, coach and develop cybersecurity consultants.
- Contribute to thought leadership and industry engagement.
- Significant experience in cybersecurity consulting, advisory or programme delivery.
- Strong knowledge of frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001, CAF and NIS.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders and complex projects.
- Expertise in one or more areas such as OT Security, Security Operations, IAM, Cyber Strategy or Risk Management.
- Experience supporting business development and account growth.
- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- CISSP, CISM, GICSP, CRISC or similar certification.
- Experience in Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing or Critical National Infrastructure.
- Knowledge of AI security risks and emerging technologies.
Security Clearance Requirement
Any offer of employment is subject to satisfactory BPSS and SC security clearance.
Due to a specific client requirement, candidates will typically need 5 years’ continuous UK address history, usually including no periods of 30 consecutive days or more spent outside the UK, at the point of application.
