Job Description:
Matalan is seeking an experienced CRO Specialist to optimise our ecommerce journeys across web and app. You will run end-to-end experimentation within Agile squads, turning data into actionable improvements to lift conversion and commercial KPIs.
You will use analytics, heatmaps, session replays and rigorous hypothesis testing to diagnose behaviour and prioritise tests. The role is hands-on, customer-focused and requires strong storytelling to influence stakeholders.
