We’re looking for a hands-on (First Line)IT Support Engineer to join a fast-paced, customer-focused team supporting warehouse operations. You’ll provide first-line IT support, maintain systems uptime, and ensure colleagues have the tools they need to work effectively.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver responsive onsite IT support for hardware, software, and bespoke systems.
• Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and cabling.
• Log, manage, and escalates service desk tickets while keeping users informed.
• Support IT projects, system rollouts, and process improvements.
