IT Support Engineer

We are looking for IT Support Engineers with broad, hands‑on experience supporting technology in a busy, live operational environment.

This is wider than a conventional desktop‑support role. You’ll support a mix of:

• Windows and Microsoft 365
• Azure, Active Directory and Entra ID
• User accounts, permissions and MFA
• LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DHCP and DNS
• Hardware, peripherals and infrastructure
• EPOS and payment technology
• Kiosks and customer‑facing terminals
• CCTV and access‑control systems

You’ll be troubleshooting incidents through to Level 2 and working in an environment where IT issues can directly affect customers, transactions and day‑to‑day operations.

Experience supporting retail, hospitality, transport, leisure, venues or another high‑availability operational environment would be particularly relevant.
