Senior Java Engineer – AI-Driven Backend Leader (Hybrid)

CBSbutler Ltd. is seeking a Senior Java Engineer to join a client driving HMRC’s Tax Administration Modernisation Programme. You will contribute strong backend engineering, Java/Spring expertise and an interest in AI‑assisted development.

In an agile environment, you will help design and deliver new capabilities for ASAS, including the Historical Records Store, across presentation, service and data layers. The role is hybrid with two onsite days in Telford and BPSS clearance.
