WIP Billing Analyst (Legal Services)

Ashurst Perkins Coie is seeking a WIP Analyst based in Glasgow for a permanent role with hybrid working. You will manage partner WIP review activity, monitor timely billing, and help reduce unbilled WIP levels across selected practice groups.

Key duties include maintaining relationships with Partners and finance teams, conducting monthly WIP follow-ups, identifying billing blockages, and promoting earlier/moderate interim billing to sustain healthy WIP.
