Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

Interim Group FP&A Support | PE-Backed Business | £400m Revenue | London or Manchester

I’m working with a £400m revenue private equity-backed professional services business looking for Group FP&A support.

Reporting to the Group Head of FP&A, you’ll take ownership of group reporting activities across a multi-entity environment, delivering high-quality financial information to senior leadership, lenders and investors.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly board packs and management reporting
• KPI reporting and performance analysis
• Flash reporting and executive commentary
• Cash flow reporting and forecasting
• Covenant monitoring and lender reporting
• Consolidation of financial and operational data
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Maintain and enhance three-statement and covenant models
• Provide insight and analysis to support commercial decision-making

Candidate profile:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Strong group reporting and FP&A experience
• Comfortable presenting financial information to senior stakeholders
• Previous experience within a PE-backed, leveraged or fast-growth environment is highly desirable
