Finance Management Graduate Scheme – ACCA Pathway

NWSSP offers the NHS Wales Financial Management Graduate Scheme, a three-year programme starting September 2027. You will rotate across the finance function, gaining experience in financial management, business partnering and financial planning, while studying for ACCA.

This fixed-term scheme provides first-class training, mentor support and a generous study package, with placements across North, West and South Wales and a potential extension.
