Senior Laboratory Analyst & Quality Lead

ALS Laboratories (UK) Ltd is seeking a Senior Analyst – Grade 1 to join our laboratory team. You will support the Team Leader, supervise analysts when needed, and help ensure samples are processed accurately and on time in line with the Quality Management System.

The role includes training staff, planning workloads, and driving service delivery to meet KPIs. We value a proactive, collaborative approach, strong problem-solving, meticulous record-keeping and clear communication.
