Housing Income Recovery Specialist

Pinnacle Group Limited in London is seeking an Income Collection Officer to join our Homes Team. You will undertake a range of income collection duties relating to rent and service charge income for private and social housing residents, ensuring arrears targets are met.

You’ll work with housing management teams, have knowledge of welfare benefits, and engage with residents with an empathetic approach. The role is hybrid with travel to the Chancery Lane office.
