Estate Manager: Compliance, Safety & Resident Experience

Crest Nicholson is seeking an Estate Manager in Addlestone for a 1-year fixed term contract. You will manage fire and health & safety compliance, oversee service charge accounting, and guide residents from handover to occupancy, while supporting agent retendering and mobilisation.

Collaborating with Technical Managers, you’ll ensure timely handover milestones and clear risk reporting to the Director of Property Portfolio, maintaining a proactive, resident-focused approach.
