Senior Manager

Salary: £80,000 to £100,000 per annum + bonus

The Role

You’ll be advising clients on a broad range of technical accounting and transaction-related matters, including:

• M&A transactions and business combinations
• Group restructurings and legal entity simplifications
• Technical IFRS and UK GAAP accounting issues
• Financial reporting and accounting policy matters
• Strategic and ad-hoc accounting advisory projects

You’ll work closely with clients across private equity, asset management and wider private capital markets, providing practical and commercially focused advice on complex accounting issues.

What They’re Looking For

• Strong technical accounting knowledge across IFRS and UK GAAP
• Experience gained within Accounting Advisory, Financial Reporting Advisory or a Technical Accounting function
• Exposure to transactions, restructurings or complex accounting projectsStrong stakeholder management and project leadership skills
• Commercial mindset with an interest in helping grow a practice
• Interest in leveraging technology and AI to enhance client delivery
