Job Description:
Hatched Recruitment Group is recruiting an experienced Estate Manager to lead planning, delivery and improvement of Estate and Asset Management across the Council’s property portfolio in Lisburn & Castlereagh. The role works within the Regeneration & Growth directorate, Assets Unit, and reports to senior leadership.
You will coordinate cross-directorate activities, oversee energy and statutory compliance, prepare reports for committees, and drive value from Council assets.
