Lead Peritoneal Dialysis Charge Nurse (Band 6)

Barts Health NHS Trust is seeking a Band 6 Junior Sister/Charge Nurse for the Peritoneal Dialysis unit at Royal London Hospital. The post is based on the 9th Floor and requires 7-day service and community support to PD patients at home.

You will lead and deliver holistic PD care, promote best practice in assessment, planning and evaluation, and act as a role model to staff and students while maintaining accurate records and high standards of care.
