Nurse | Care Home — Compassionate, Impactful Shifts

Silvercrest is seeking a motivated Nurse to join our care home in Wales. The role involves delivering high-quality nursing care to older adults, supporting daily living activities, medication administration, and monitoring residents’ health.

You will work a contracted pattern of 38.5 hours across two weeks, mostly day shifts with some night work possible, in a welcoming home that values dignity and resident choice.
