- Lead and oversee complex paediatric care packages, including assessments, care planning, clinical reviews, and risk assessments
- Provide clinical leadership through training and supervision, competency assessments, mentorship, and ongoing support for care teams
- Strengthen clinical governance through medication audits, spot checks, investigations, and quality improvement initiatives
- Work collaboratively with families, commissioners, and multidisciplinary professionals
- Deliver specialist clinical training and provide emergency clinical support when required
- Registered Paediatric Nurse with suitable paediatric experience and a valid NMC registration.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in paediatric care (e.g., tracheostomy, ventilation, spinal injuries, neurological conditions, acquired brain injuries)
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Mansfield, Ashfield, and surrounding areas

- £ 38k to £40k dependent on experience
- Core Office Hours 9am -5pm Mon – Fri (Flexibility Possible)
- 40p per mile mileage reimbursement
