Regional Clinical Deputy Manager & Nurse Leader

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Peripatetic Deputy General Manager (Clinical) to travel across the region, lead and develop teams in multiple care homes, and ensure high-quality care. You will work with the General Manager to implement action plans and maintain regulatory standards.

You will lead by example, drive audits, and support safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments while mentoring staff and contributing to budget and HR processes.
