Registered Nurse (RN) – Orthopedics, Neuro, Surgical, & Trauma | Full Time Days

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team committed to delivering high-quality, safe, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using evidence-based practices.
• Partner with patients and families to ensure individualized care that respects cultural diversity.
• Coordinate safe, effective care through interdisciplinary communication, documentation, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Support professional development by completing competency assessments, mentoring, and serving as a preceptor.
• Promote research, evidence-based practice, and adherence to policies and standards, including regulatory and safety requirements.
• Participate in protocol development, resource management, and system-wide quality initiatives.
• Perform other duties aligned with organizational goals and policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associates or Bachelor’s Nursing degree (Bachelors preferred).
• Active RN license (single state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments, respond to emergencies, and utilize clinical technology.
• Excellent time management, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
