You’ll build and manage a diverse clinical caseload, working autonomously while being supported by a strong local leadership team. You’ll champion clinical excellence, mentor our care teams, and help drive continuous improvement across our paediatric complex care offering.

Package & Benefits
£ 38k to £40k dependent on experience
Core Office Hours 9am -5pm Mon – Fri (Flexibility Possible)
40p per mile mileage reimbursement
Permanent, full‑time position

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee complex paediatric care packages, including assessments, care planning, clinical reviews, and risk assessments
Provide clinical leadership through training and supervision, competency assessments, mentorship, and ongoing support for care teams
Strengthen clinical governance through medication audits, spot checks, investigations, and quality improvement initiatives
Work collaboratively with families, commissioners, and multidisciplinary professionals
Deliver specialist clinical training and provide emergency clinical support when required
About You
Registered Paediatric Nurse with suitable paediatric experience and a valid NMC registration.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in paediatric care (e.g., tracheostomy, ventilation, spinal injuries, neurological conditions, acquired brain injuries)
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Mansfield, Ashfield, and surrounding areas
