Programme Lead – Youth & Family Services

Action for Children in Stornoway invites applications for a Programme Lead to shape and deliver services for vulnerable youth. You’ll provide direct line management to Practitioners (up to 7) and build strong relationships with colleagues, partner agencies, employers, and external stakeholders.

You will lead the Assessment and Therapy Team and the Outreach service, coordinating therapists, home/school settings, and community delivery to meet targets and improve care standards.
