Registered Manager — Lead a New Children’s LD Home

Agincare is seeking an Ofsted Registered Manager to lead a brand new not-for-profit Children’s Services Residential Home in York. You will oversee daily operations, manage teams of Support Workers and Senior Support Workers, and act as corporate parent to the children in care, ensuring they’d thrive in daily life.

The role requires a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent, and at least 3 years in residential care with leadership experience.
