The practice is an RCVS Practice Standards Accredited small animal clinic offering a friendly, supportive working environment and a varied medical and surgical caseload.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality first-opinion veterinary care.
Conduct 20-minute consultations.
Manage a varied caseload involving cats, dogs, rabbits and guinea pigs.
Diagnose and treat medical conditions.
Perform routine surgical procedures appropriate to experience.
Build strong and lasting relationships with clients and their pets.
Work collaboratively with Veterinary Nurses and the wider practice team.
Maintain excellent standards of patient welfare and clinical care.
Develop individual areas of interest through CPD and further training.
Participate in the weekend rota.
Take occasional sole charge responsibility when required.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be a confident Veterinary Surgeon who is comfortable managing routine medical and surgical cases within a first-opinion setting.
They should enjoy building strong relationships with clients, patients and colleagues and have excellent communication skills.
The practice would suit a clinician who values clinical freedom, professional development and a supportive team environment.
An interest in pursuing further qualifications would be welcomed, with Certificate-level study supported where appropriate.
