Senior Occupational Health Lead Nurse – Governance

Greys Specialist Recruitment is seeking a Clinical Governance and Lead Nurse – Occupational Health to join an established Occupational Health service in West Yorkshire. This senior role delivers governance and development of the nursing service, with clinical leadership and team management responsibilities.

You will lead health surveillance, oversee nurse-led clinics, maintain protocols, audits and compliance, and provide expert OH advice to managers and HR. Salary circa £55,000–£64,000 per year.
