Nursing Home Deputy Manager — Lead Care & Compliance

Purosearch Ltd is seeking a Nursing Home Deputy Manager in Wigan (Greater Manchester). The role offers a 40-hour week with a balance of management responsibilities and hands-on leadership on the floor.

Two days per week are supernumerary and two days on the floor, with a dual-registered care home environment (Nursing and Residential). Salary: Non-Clinical Deputy Manager £15 per hour or Clinical/Nurse-Qualified Deputy Manager £22 per hour.
