Service Lead, Health & Social Care (12-Month Cover)

Cornerstone in West Dunbartonshire is seeking an experienced Service Lead on a 12‑month maternity cover to lead our Community Support services. You will provide strong leadership, coaching and direction to your team, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support for the people we support.

The role focuses on developing staff, driving continuous improvement and collaborating with the management team to deliver excellent outcomes and live the life the people we support choose.
