Senior Service Designer (SC Cleared) – Public Sector Transformation

Sanderson Government and Defence is seeking a Senior Service Designer to lead end-to-end service design workstreams for public sector programmes. You will shape innovative, user-centred services aligned to government objectives and deliver tangible outcomes.

You will mentor colleagues, apply Government Digital Service standards, facilitate collaborative workshops and work within multidisciplinary teams, maintaining active SC clearance as required.
