App Growth & Performance Manager

Aperture is hiring a Growth Manager (Apps) to own performance-driven user acquisition for mobile products within a growth squad. You will plan, execute, and scale multi-channel campaigns, optimize web-to-app flows, and drive efficient growth on iOS and Android.

You will work hands-on with platform algorithms, attribution frameworks, and payback modelling, focusing on media performance, measurement integrity, and monetisation scale. Remote-first with London in-person sessions.
