The Edinburgh International Festival is looking for an experienced, passionate and dedicated Digital Officer to join the Communications and Digital team. The Role
You’ll be hands-on across the Festival’s website and email – editing and updating website content, building segmented email campaigns, and also contributing to community management and social media posting, particularly at peak periods. You’ll work closely with the Website & Email Manager, the Social Media & Content Manager and colleagues across the Communications, Digital and Audiences teams, gaining broad experience across the full range of the Festival’s digital activity.
Performance Indicators and Deliverables
- Manage and update content across the Festival website throughout the year
- Generate segmented email communications that build engagement and drive ticket sales
- Contribute to community management and social media posting, particularly at peak periods
- Support the wider team with copywriting, proofing and house style guidance
- Assist with reporting on key performance indicators across web, email, CRM and social channels
