As Field Service Engineer you will be based from home and carry out planned preventative maintenance, service and fault diagnosis and repairs on customer sites throughout Tyne & Wear, Northumberland and Cumbria and further afield when required. You will be qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent within Electrical Engineering; be multi-skilled with previous experience within a maintenance engineering or field service role, working on electro-mechanical equipment, machinery or systems including experience or knowledge of pumps, motors, inverters, compressors, power supplies, instrumentation, HMI’s / SCADA, PLC’s. Individuals with a Royal Navy background who can demonstrate experience of working on a variety of electro-mechanical based plant considered.
