Kidderminster | £44,387.76 | Monday to Friday Rotating Shifts 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our client’s established manufacturing operation in Kidderminster. This is an excellent opportunity for an electrically qualified engineer looking for a varied role focused on fault finding, preventative maintenance and continuous improvement.

Key Engineering Responsibilities

• Respond to machine breakdowns and equipment failures
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic faults
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and TPM activities
• Fault-find on PLC-controlled machinery, drives and conveyor systems
• Maintain accurate maintenance records using a CMMS system
• Support machinery efficiency improvements and minimise downtime
• Participate in occasional on-call and overtime requirements

About You

• Time-served Electrical or Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
• Electrically qualified with relevant certificates
• Experience within manufacturing, production or process environments
• Strong fault-finding skills across electrical and mechanical systems
• Knowledge of PLCs, AC/DC drives and three-phase systems
• Able to read electrical and pneumatic circuit diagrams
