On-Site Hands-On Manufacturing Engineer (Lean)

Reevr Talent Ltd is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer for a Reading-based, on-site role. You will join an established engineering team and take ownership of shop-floor improvements, solving real production problems with practical, repeatable processes.

The ideal candidate has 3 years’ experience in manufacturing or process engineering and a background in electrical or electromechanical engineering, with a strong Lean/continuous improvement mindset.
