Site Manager – Social Housing Retrofit (Chester/Stoke)

Howells Solutions Limited is seeking a Site Manager for social housing planned maintenance to deliver retrofit projects across Chester and surrounding areas. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with the highest health & safety standards and client satisfaction.

You will lead on-site teams, manage costs and subcontractors, and coordinate with clients and design teams to meet tight KPIs. The role uses MS Project for programme planning and reporting.
