Lead Heat Pump Engineer – High-End London Homes

Constructive Talent Ltd is seeking an experienced Heat Pump Lead Engineer to own on-site installations on high-end residential projects in London. You will lead the installation and commissioning of heat pump systems, with training in MVHR, radiant heating and smart controls.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years’ hands-on experience, Gas Safe registration and a proven ability to lead or supervise engineers on site. A full UK driving licence and own van (van can be provided) are required.
