Shift Maintenance Engineer – Heavy Industry (12h Shifts)

Staffbase Ltd. is recruiting for a Shift Maintenance Engineer at a busy heavy industry manufacturing site near Stafford. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance across a broad range of plant and facilities, ensuring reliable operation and safety.

The successful candidate will have strong mechanical engineering skills with basic electrical fault-finding ability. NVQ3/HND/HNC in electrical engineering preferred; experience in heavy industry is advantageous.
