Electrical Maintenance Engineer – 4 on 4 off, PLC

Pioneer Selection Ltd has a fantastic opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in Ludlow to support a busy manufacturing site. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment, diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults, and driving reliability and efficiency improvements.

The role requires hands-on experience, a recognised Level 3 Engineering qualification, and the ability to work within a fast-paced environment with a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern.
