Quality Engineer

The Role

• Investigate quality issues and customer complaints, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Work with Production and Engineering to solve problems and prevent issues from recurring.
• Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.
• Identify quality trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Support supplier quality, audits, calibration and compliance.
• Prepare quality documentation and customer reports.
• Support new product introductions and manufacturing processes.

About You

You’ll be proactive, analytical and enjoy getting to the root cause of problems. You will need experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment and a genuine interest in quality and continuous improvement.

NEBOSH would be advantageous but is not essential.
