Production Leader — Lean & Operations Excellence

Fortive’s Norwich site is seeking a Production Manager to lead both day-to-day and strategic production operations. The role focuses on delivering high-quality products at minimum feasible cost through the Fortive Business System (FBS).

You will manage Production Team Leaders and the Planner(s), drive continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to processes, budgets, and on-time delivery. Collaboration with Fluke Norwich and HR is expected.
