Electrical Supervisor – Social Housing Repairs (Lead & Train)

CMS – Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor for Social Housing Repairs Contracts covering Kent and Sussex. You will lead a team of electricians and trainees, ensuring high standards and on-time delivery for ongoing repairs and upgrades.

You will train new staff, provide technical support to the team, and maintain strong client relationships on a day-to-day basis, including liaison with NICEIC to ensure compliance.
