Part-Time M&E Manager – Pre-Construction, London

Thomas Gray Ltd is seeking an experienced M&E Manager to join a London-based commercial and leisure development on a part-time basis. The role is based at the Bromley office, two days per week, providing in-house mechanical and electrical expertise during the PCSA stages.

You will review M&E design development, check designs for coordination and buildability, and liaise with the project team, consultants and contractors to keep the programme on track.
