Mobile FM Electrical Supervisor – Lead Maintenance Engineer

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor for Northampton & the Midlands to oversee the day-to-day FM maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites. You will supervise engineers and subcontractors, plan and monitor PPM and reactive tasks, and ensure works are completed safely and to client standards.

The role requires a qualified electrician with 18th Edition, strong fault-finding and leadership skills, and a full UK driving licence for travel between sites.
