Aerospace Manufacturing Engineering Lead (Hands-on)

The Collective Network Limited seeks a Lead Manufacturing Engineer – Aerospace at the Gloucester plant. You will lead the manufacturing engineering and tooling teams while continuing to perform hands-on technical work.

You’ll drive APQP, PFMEA and readiness checks, write methods, routings and process documentation, support bids and tooling concepts, and lead root-cause problem solving as the business scales internationally.
