Wallace Hind Selection is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to own production operations in a fast-paced FMCG environment. You will lead a small direct team and a larger indirect workforce across a double day shift, reporting into the Operations Director.

You will drive planning, safety, continuous improvement and collaboration with quality, supply-chain and warehousing to meet KPI targets. Based in Basingstoke with opportunity for growth.
