Vax, part of the global TTI Group, is rebuilding its design function in Worcestershire. As an Industrial Design Engineer you will take ownership from day one, developing concepts for floor care products from sketch to shipped CAD models, and collaborating with engineers and a model shop on site.

You will drive ergonomics, CMF, and UI/HMI integration, produce high‑quality renders, and contribute to a refreshed brand language across the range.
