Resident Liaison Officer – North West Community Care

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking a confident Resident Liaison Officer to join a long-term social housing project across the North West. You will be the main contact for residents, coordinating with site teams and the client to ensure a smooth customer journey throughout the works.

The role requires at least two years’ experience in resident liaison or similar, strong communication, and the ability to handle sensitive situations calmly.
