Strategic Cluster Sales Leader – Hotels

TROO Hospitality is seeking a strategic Cluster Director of Sales for Reading to lead commercial strategy across a portfolio of 4–5 hotels in the South region. You will drive revenue, strengthen client relationships, and identify opportunities across corporate, MICE, leisure, and group segments.

We are looking for a senior sales leader with deep UK hotel market knowledge, strong negotiating skills, and the ability to coach regional teams.
